Week 7 problem solving-Food for all-Question 1

Word Problem
Question 1

This is how I solved Question one.
9x16=
(9x10=90)+(9x6=54)= 144
8x2=16
144 + 16= 160 (142 people in the room + the 14 Kaumatua and speakers)
160+14=174
