Taha math prroblems
For maths today, Taha group worked together on a shared a google docs together to solve several math problem that we were given. Here are the problems.

Group maths talk
For maths today, Taha worked on a maths problem about measurement together in groups of 3. Linda, Angelica and I worked together.
I found the problem challenging. I had to understand the little bits of information before carrying onto the questions. It was easier once we put our heads together and solved the problem as a team. I found this word problem the most challenging, yes it did take me some time to figure it out but once again, I had to understand the problem more clearly.

Math word problem-No.2-The treasure map💎🗺
The word problem
This word problem was really fun to work out. As part of this math problem we had to create a map, following the pirates directions, to find the treasure. As you can see the treasure has been found in 3,3 because it is half way between the first rock and the most western tree, as stated in the the word problem. Here is my Treasure map.

Convert 52200 ml into litres = 5.2 litres

This is how I solved Question one.
9x16=
(9x10=90)+(9x6=54)= 144
8x2=16
144 + 16= 160 (142 people in the room + the 14 Kaumatua and speakers)
160+14=174
